Social Media Had All Sorts Of Things To Say After Stephen A. Smith Puts Tom Brady Ahead of LeBron James In The Top 100 Pro Athletes Since 2000

Los Angeles Lakers star players LeBron James and American former football quarterback Tom Brady are both big names in their respective sports. Both legends are widely regarded as the greatest players of all time in their games. However, a recent NBA analyst made some shocking claims when comparing James and Brady. During a recent episode of First Take, host Stephen A. Smith put Tom Brady ahead of LeBron James in the Top 100 Pro Athletes Since 2000.

“No, he should not. Brady’s a seven-time champion, period. LeBron’s four. Brady’s seven and three in 10 trips to the Super Bowl. LeBron is four and six. It’s just that simple to me. LeBron deserves to be up there. I think they both deserve to be higher, but I’d put Brady higher than LeBron.” Smith said during the latest episode of First Take.

ESPN ranked James fourth, just ahead of Tom Brady. Smith mentioned that James, who holds the all-time scoring record, does not deserve a higher rating considering Brady’s accomplishments, notably his seven Super Bowl victories in ten appearances and 5× Super Bowl MVP. Smith emphasized Brady’s dominance and dependability throughout his career, particularly his ability to win individual and team accolades.

Smith’s statement surprised the NBA fans, eliciting various reactions in the post’s comments section.

Kendrick Perkins Reveals James’ Ambition: Out to Win More Gold Medals than Michael Jordan!

During a recent episode of NBA Today on ESPN, former NBA player Kendrick Perkins mentioned that LeBron James is aiming to win more gold medals than a Chicago Bulls legend. Perkins stated that LeBron is trying to break his tie with Michael Jordan’s two gold Olympic medals.

“The one thing that I take away from that game is LeBron James. He talks about ‘Striving for greatness,’ but how about changing it up a bit and saying, ‘Striving to beat the greatest of all time?’ If LeBron James can get one up on [Michael Jordan] in that category, you best believe he’s going to do everything in his power to do that.” Perkins said.

The top player on Team USA was recently identified by an ESPN NBA insider. But instead of mentioning LeBron James, the source disclosed an unexpected choice.
