Former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson has made a pretty bold claim about Team USA flag football quarterback Darrell Doucette that has fans wondering whether he might be on something.
Doucette has sparked some debate among football fans after suggesting that his superior IQ would make him a better fit to represent the United States at the 2028 Olympics, and many people have sided with him.
Johnson has even dared suggest that the QB’s team would beat any flag football side made up of NFL players, according to MLFootball.
WOW… #NFL great Chad ‘@ochocinco’ Johnson says Darrell Doucette’s flag football team can beat ANY CURRENT #NFL assembled flag football team

Fans Thought Ocho Was Tripping With The Darrell Doucette Take,”
Safe to say, fans couldn’t rock with Ocho on this one
“Chad Typing Erratically,” one commented.
“ZERO ball knowledge,” another said.
“Oh nah 💀,” wrote a third.
“I bet the NBA could form a team and beat our flag team,” a fourth suggested.
“So with no pressure on the QB, no contact or coverage on WR’s you think Mahomes’ and NFL all stars wouldn’t put up 200 points??? … gtfoh,” someone else said.
A few fans saw where he was coming from, however.
“Might be a hot take but I don’t think he’s too far off,” a comment read.
“he’s 100% right imagine tryna tell an nfl player to pull a flag n the dude is a professional at doing everything he knows to prevent it , they are not use to that it’s a whole different game,” someone else claimed.
So, two more things to settle now: Tyreek Hill vs. Noah Lyles and Patrick Mahomes vs. Darrell Doucette.
Make it happen…
