Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are set for a new era. The A-List couple are set to finally be reunited as their jam-packed schedules begin to ease off.
Swift brought the curtain down on her international Eras Tour in front of a sold-out crowd at Vancouver’s BC Place, which was the 149th and final concert she played across 53 cities worldwide, at the weekend.
The songstress has been on the road for almost the majority of the last 21 months, squeezing in chances to see her NFL beau and his Kansas City Chiefs games at any opportunity she could.
And, while Kelce and the Chiefs still have work to do, the NFL is entering its home stretch. The franchise has already locked up a spot in the playoffs and the AFC West title for a ninth straight year and they’ll be hoping that the next stop is the Super Bowl on February 9.
But whether the Chiefs manage to seal a historic Super Bowl three-peat or their season is cut short in the playoffs, once Kelce is off the field – and off the clock – the lovebirds will undoubtedly be looking forward to enjoying quality time together.
The only question is, where will they shack up? With six properties between them to choose from, they aren’t short of destinations.
Rhode Island
Aptly named ‘Holiday Home,’ the mansion perched atop Watch Hill in Rhode Island has been Swift’s go-to getaway and star-studded hotspot for her squad’s gatherings for years.
Famously the site of her iconic Fourth of July parties, the vacation home has achieved a celebrity status of its own since the songstress purchased it for $17million in 2013.
The picturesque property sits on five acres and spans more than 11,000 square feet of interior living space, boasting eight bedrooms, a 36-foot-long parlor, and an octagonal dining room.
The colonial-style mansion also features its own private beach and the sprawling residence is the most expensive home in the state.
With an expansive backyard and massive swimming pool overlooking the ocean, the pad makes for the perfect summer home.
Most recently, Swift hosted her new NFL family at the summer house, including Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany, and Kelce’s brother Jason and wife Kylie, along with both couples’ broods.
Having missed Independence Day due to the European leg of her Eras Tour, Swift and co. gathered at the opulent abode for a final hurrah in August before the start of the 2024 NFL season.
The home once belonged to composer and socialite Rebekah Harkness, who was married to William Hale ‘Bill’ Harkness, inspiring Swift’s hit, ‘The Great American Dynasty,’ from her Folklore studio album.
Tribeca, New York City
Swift has been an established member of new York City’s A-list residents since 2014, having previously also resided in her rented apartment on Cornelia Street – made famous for her track of the 2019 Lover album, named for the West Village street.
But the singer’s Cornelia Street residence was just a temporary landing spot while her Tribeca abode was undergoing a renovation fit for the Big Apple.
In 2014, she snapped up two penthouses in the trendy Tribeca neighborhood for around $20million, before purchasing a third unit in the building a few years later for $9.75million.
In 2017, the pop star splurged on an adjacent townhouse, paying $18m for the three-story mansion.
She took the $50million worth of prime real estate and combined it into one massive compound, taking her urban empire to a massive 18,653 square feet.
Kelce has previously enjoyed stays at the luxurious pad with the couple holing up in the pad during the big city getaways.
The tight end has frequently jetted into New York to spend PDA-packed weekends with the songstress in between his Chiefs duties, while Swift has been spotted leaving the underground garage to head to the airport to catch his games.
Beverly Hills
Kelce and Swift are believed to have holed up in her $25million sprawling Los Angeles mansion following the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory.
The high-profile couple shacked up at their Beverly Hills headquarters to finally enjoy some quality time together in the small window after Kelce entered the NFL offseason and during Swift’s two-month hiatus before her Eras tour takes to Europe.
Kelce is believed to have recorded episodes of his New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with brother Jason, and interviews at the Californian mansion during his downtime from the NFL.
Eagle-eyed Swifties claimed that the nondescript limewash wall stood against appeared identical to the wall of Swift’s home from a May 2020 Instagram photo she shared sitting on a sofa.
Swift purchased the home back in 2015 for $25million and it has since been granted landmark status – with the price rising to an estimated $31.6million.
The posh pad boasting seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a swimming pool, private tennis court, and 10,982 square feet.
The Georgian-themed residence – which once belonged to legendary film producer Samuel Goldwyn – also features a library, movie theater, and no less than three living rooms, across nearly two acres of land.
Kansas City
Kelce closed in on his $6million mansion in a Kansas City neighborhood in October 2023 with the NFL star reportedly feeling he had to step up his game when his blossoming romance with Swift began to heat up.
He swapped his previous $1 million home for the new luxurious property, which also provided the privacy he was searching for amid the high-profile nature of their relationship.
The property, built in 1998, boasts six bedrooms, six baths, and sprawls across 17,000 sq ft. Its three acres of land feature scenic leafy gardens that shelter the home from view.
The home isn’t short of decadence as it features many luxurious amenities, including a lit tennis and pickleball court and even its own miniature golf course, which can be seen on the beautiful lawn.
The opulence of the exterior is matched by the mansion’s beautiful interior, including majestic marble archways, rare African Mahogany hardwood floors and chandeliers adorning the ceilings.
However, the couple suffered a scare in October when Kelce, along with Chiefs quarterback Mahomes, had their properties broken into.
Kelce’s lavish home in Leawood, Kansas was raided on October 7 – the same day the Chiefs beat the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead while Swift watched on from the stands.
Yet, despite being left shaken by the incident, a source told DailyMail.com that Kelce has no plans to sell the property, but they are ‘sparing no expense’ when it comes to beefing up the security.
Nashville
Just four years after inking a record deal with Big Machine Records, Swift established herself on Nashville’s iconic Music Row.
In 2009, at the age of 20, the songstress purchased a $2million luxury condo in the city’s infamous neighborhood.
The penthouse spans more than 3,500 square feet, boasting three bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths.
She increased her stake in the building, by picking up a one-bedroom apartment below her for $387,000.
Forest Hills
Fresh off the success of her first three studio albums, Swift added a swanky estate to her property portfolio during her ‘Speak Now’ era.
She purchased a Greek Revival style mansion in the gated Northumberland Estate neighborhood of Nashville in 2011.
The 14-time Grammy Award winner splashed out $2.5million on the residence for her parents, Scott and Andrea, who joined the likes of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban as residents of the exclusive Nashville neighborhood.
The sprawling abode boasts more than 5,600 square feet of luxury living set in nearly six acres of lush landscaped hillside.
The home also boasts a spacious pool house which covers 2,000 square feet, state of the art appliances with a luxury finish.
Hendersonville
Although Swift may have grown up on a Christmas tree farm – inspiring her 2019 song, ‘Christmas Tree Farm’ – the family upped roots in 2003.
The Swifts relocated from Pennsylvania to Henderson, Tennessee to be close to Music City and help the singer pursue her career – a move that has indisputably paid off.
Her father, Scott Swift, reportedly bought a waterfront property for $790,000 in the Nashville area.
The home is said to feature four bedrooms and five bathrooms across 5,120 square feet.
Sitting on 1.77 acres, the stunning property reportedly contains a dock and boasts beautiful views of the water.
The Swifts are said to still own the property but it is unclear if Kelce has been a guest.
Kelce, along with his family, were reportedly hosted by the Swifts for Thanksgiving with the two families spending the holiday together in Nashville.
But it is unclear if the festivities took place at the waterfront home or one of Swift’s other properties in the Nashville area.
