While Kylie Kelce is excited to have another little girl, she admits there was a brief moment when she was sad about not having a son.
The Not Gonna Lie podcast host, 32, appeared on Alex Cooper’s podcast Call Her Daddy on Tuesday, Feb. 11, and was to share the craziest rumor she’s recently heard about herself. Kylie, who is currently expecting her fourth daughter with husband Jason Kelce, replied that it has to do with her baby on the way.
“I don’t know if it’s crazy…that we’re having a boy. Or that we tried for a boy,” Kylie began.
When Cooper asked why fans would be spreading that rumor, Kylie shared, “Because they really want us to have a boy.”
“I will say, there was this moment when we found out we were having our fourth girl where I was like, ‘We’ve always said we wanted four kids, maybe I won’t get to meet a little Jason,’ ” she continued.
“Which was a little bit weird, but at the same time I’m like, ‘If we had a boy at this point, I’m good.’ I’ve gone this long without getting peed on when I open a diaper, I’m trying to keep that streak alive.”
Despite having some mixed feelings on the topic, Kylie suggested that having four girls is better than having four boys.
“Four girls is better than four boys,” Kylie said with a laugh. “When I meet boy moms, I’m like, ‘God bless you.’ Even my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law has told me horror stories.”
“There is a story about my husband when he was little going out in the front yard and Donna [Kelce], my mother-in-law, heard someone go, ‘He has a knife!’ He was in the front yard, with the kitchen knives, throwing them up in the air to see if they would stick in the front lawn,” she shared.
Kylie and Jason are already parents to three girls together — daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 23 months.

In a December episode of her podcast, Kylie joked about the reason she and her husband decided to have another baby.
“Jason was always like, ‘I’ll do whatever you wanna do,’ and I was always in the camp of I wanted four with room for one pleasant surprise,” Kylie shared on her podcast. “Which I really think we got to three, and I was like, three is cool. This feels good.”
“Then we got out of the rough baby sleeping and all that, and then I was just like, you know what? I really like even numbers,” she joked.
Although she said she’s excited to welcome her fourth baby, Kylie doesn’t think they’re going to go for their “pleasant surprise.”
“I think it might get shut down after this one,” she said. “We’re gonna have this next kid and I’m gonna be like, ‘Don’t even look at me. Just eyes at the floor. Don’t look at me.’ “
