Arch Manning Signs Massive NIL Deal As Disguise For Past Lawsuit

Arch Manning is one of the top quarterback prospects in the college ranks. If he doesn’t decide to play an extra year with the University of Texas Longhorns, he will be drafted in the 2026 NFL Draft.

The nephew of legendary quarterbacks Payton and Eli, both of whom won Super Bowls, has had a solid college career. Manning earned 969 passing yards on 63 completions through two seasons at Texas. He also scored nine touchdowns compared to two interceptions.

Earlier on Tuesday, Manning decided to announce his most recent NIL partnership with Uber. He appears in a commercial with his father and grandfather for the collaboration while promoting a self-driving car called Waymo.

“Who’s Manning the car!? We’ve seen a lot of great drives – but this one’s a game changer,” Arch writes on his Instagram account, adding, “Watch three generations take a legendary ride as Waymo launches in Austin, only on Uber.”

Good Morning America states, “Starting Tuesday, passengers in Austin can request a driverless Waymo car through the Uber app. To order a Waymo car, Uber users order their ride on the Uber app as they usually would, and the app notifies riders that a Waymo driverless car is on the way… Currently, Waymo cars on the Uber app are priced the same as regular Uber rides.”

This comes shortly after Waymo and Uber, which are now collaborating, were involved in a heated legal battle. Waymo had accused the ride-sharing giant of stealing trade secrets, but all is okay in the legal department now.

Manning is set to suit up for at least one more season with the Longhorns, and following the assumed departure of starting signal caller Quinn Ewers in the 2025 NFL Draft, Manning will be the starter for the upcoming 2025 college football season.
