The seven counts are as follows:

Investigators have been speaking to Robinson’s roommate in recent days, who Utah District Attorney Jeff Gray described as ‘a biological male who was was involved in a romantic relationship with Robinson’.
Robinson allegedly admitted killing Kirk to his roommate in a text exchange.
Gray explained in a press conference on Tuesday: “The roommate received a text message from Robinson which said: ‘Drop what you’re doing. Look under my keyboard.’ The roommate looked under the keyboard and found a note that stated, ‘I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I’m going to take it.'”

The roommate responded by writing: “What? You’re joking,” according to Gray, while the attorney revealed that the suspect also told his roommate that he killed Kirk because he had ‘enough of his hatred’.
Gray went on to detail messages between Robinson and his housemate, as the suspect attempted to evade the authorities and provided his roommate with updates to his whereabouts.
Prosecutors are now seeking the death penalty, with a reporter asking the Utah district attorney whether he had spoken with Donald Trump after the president previously suggested Robinson should receive the death penalty.
Gray said: “I talked to officials from both administrations, but I was not pressured to make a decision. I understood their feelings on it because it was in the news, but we didn’t really discuss that.
