Jen Shah will be home from prison for the holidays.
The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” alum will be released early from the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, on Dec. 10, People reported Friday.
The Bravolebrity, who has been serving time since February 2023, considers the timing a “gift she doesn’t take for granted,” according to her manager, Chris Giovanni.

“Everyone’s very grateful for the [Federal Bureau of Prisons’] decision, especially because it means Jen will be able to reunite with her family for the holidays,” he told the outlet.
Giovanni went on to call Shah’s mental state “really positive” and “hopeful.”
He gushed, “She’s done a lot of reflecting and real growth during her time away, and is genuinely not the same woman as she was before. Her focus is on her family and building a healthier, more grounded life.”

Giovanni concluded, “She understands the seriousness of the mistakes she made and is excited to put this chapter behind her so that she can show everyone the woman she’s worked hard to become.”
Shah’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for additional comment.
A spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, meanwhile, told People, “For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not discuss any incarcerated individual’s conditions of confinement or specific release plans.”

Shah was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering in connection with a nationwide telemarketing scheme in March 2021.
The reality star did not have a trial as she pleaded guilty to the first charge in July 2022 — after initially pleading not guilty to both the previous year.
In January 2023, she was sentenced to six and a half years behind bars and ordered to forfeit $6.5 million in assets and pay as much in restitution to victims as well.

Her sentence was reduced by one year and eight months, respectively, in March 2023 and October 2024 — and reduced twice more earlier this year in January and August.
Shah’s last projected release date was Aug. 30, 2026.
It remains unclear whether she will go home upon her release or spend time in a halfway house.
