Donald Trump’s McDonald’s order revealed – here’s what he eats in one sitting

US President Donald Trump’s affinity with McDonald’s is well documented.

During the 2024 Presidential Election Campaign, he served fast food orders to supporters; tucked into a Big Mac and Coca-Cola onboard Air Force One with Elon Musk, his son, Donald Trump Jr., and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.; and spoke at the McDonald’s Impact Summit in November.

At the latter, he suggested that the junk food chain should put ‘a little more tartar sauce’ on its Filet-O-Fish, and called himself ‘all-time most loyal customers’.

“Other politicians fly around on campaign planes stocked with expensive catering, when Trump Force One — prior to ascending to Air Force One, which is quite a nice plane also — we served only McDonald’s almost every time,” the 79-year-old added.

And in a recently resurfaced interview, Republican National Committee Chairman Joe Gruters spoke about Trump’s adoration for Maccy Ds and commented on what his usual order is.

In a podcast appearance, which took place in October 2025, the 48-year-old remarked that he was shocked by how much McDonald’s his boss put away whilst vying with Democratic opponent, former Vice President Kamala Harris, for the White House.

Gruters recalled that Trump allegedly had ‘hot fries waiting for him from McDonald’s… Then he had a Filet-O-Fish, a Quarter Pounder and a Big Mac’.

He added: “I think he combined two of them.”

According to the fast food titans’ website, Trump’s apparent burger order equates to 1,255 calories, while his fries could range from 237 to 444 calories.

This could potentially bring the Republicans’ full tray to between 1,497 to 1,699 calories.

According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, adult men typically need between 2,000 to 3,000 calories a day – meaning the father-of-five’s alleged order takes up a good portion.

Tyla has contacted the White House for further comment.

An account of Trump’s high-calorie McDonald’s order was previously outlined in the 2017 book, Let Trump Be Trump, as per PEOPLE.

Written by two of the president’s former aides, David Bossie and Corey Lewandowski, they recounted that he ordered ‘two Big Macs, two Filet-O-Fish and a chocolate malted’.

They added, “On Trump Force One, there were four major food groups: McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, pizza and Diet Coke.”

Trump’s potential fast food order has come into question after a new report was published regarding his health.

Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, the 47th US President claimed the highly speculated bruises on his hands were a result of him taking ahold of higher dose of aspirin than his doctors advised.

“They say aspirin is good for thinning out the blood, and I don’t want thick blood pouring through my heart,” he claimed. “I want nice, thin blood pouring through my heart. Does that make sense?”

The business magnate also confessed to now wearing makeup on his hands ‘that takes about 10 seconds’ to apply.

The aspirin claim came after White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt put out a statement, remarking that the bruising was caused by ‘constantly working and shaking hands all day every day’.

“President Trump is a man of the people,” she added.
