South Florida Physician Assistant Tries to Bribe Her Way Out of Trouble At Unrivaled Game
Marissa Amina Kazim put her job in jeopardy with her recent actions. The physician assistant from Oakland Park was placed under arrest by security. They stated she refused to leave the Unrivald property. The information regarding her actions is largely unknown.
Kazim was taken into custody Monday night along the 7000 block of Northwest 75th Street, the address of Unrivaled’s newly built stadium. According to the police, she ignored multiple warnings before officers placed her under arrest for trespassing, per WSVN (7News Miami).
Then, she decided to make things even worse for her situation. Kazim allegedly offered the arresting officer $1,000, later increasing the offer to $5,000. She was attempting to have all charges against her dropped. She said, “Just let me go, my family has a lot of money.” It did not work out in her favor.
One trip to an Unrivaled game just kept getting worse for her. Correctional staff discovered a clear plastic bag in her belongings. They saw a white powdery substance in her pocket. Officers recognized it as suspected cocaine. She would be booked on charges of bribery of a public servant, possession of a controlled substance, and trespassing on property after warning.
The 34-year-old certainly has a lot to think about.
