Fernando Mendoza has some more time on his hands now that he’s won the national championship. And it appears he’s back on Instagram.
Well, it’s either that or the person running his account forgot to log out and log in to their own… Because the reigning Heisman and national champion liked an IG photo of a bikini-clad Gia Duddy.
Duddy is the ex-girlfriend of Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis. She was at his side at the 2023 NFL Draft and became an overnight celebrity.
While Levis had to sit through the first round, squirming uncomfortably, Duddy gained thousands of followers. She was also the most-searched individual on Google that night and even parlayed the appearance into endorsement deals.
Sadly, Will and Gia did not last until the end of his rookie season. They broke up before he really got going.

Fernando Mendoza’s Draft Experience Will Be Nothing Like Will Levis’
Meanwhile, Mendoza is headed into his own draft night and will not have to wait as long as Levis, who fell all the way to the second round three years ago.
The Indiana Hooisers quarterback declared for the 2026 NFL Draft after beating the Miami Hurricanes in the national title game. He is projected to go No. 1 overall, and even Abella Danger is looking forward to it.
Mendoza previously revealed he does not keep IG on his phone, so he avoids distractions during the season. He told reporters he only had YouTube and LinkedIn on there before the final.
In any case, the season is over. He can allow himself some extra screen time.
Then again, he’s not necessarily the one behind the like.
