A Philadelphia Eagles fan piqued interest on social media while in search of a partner before her team played the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
The fan, who goes by the name “Lex” on X, printed her own QR code, through which folks could participate in a short survey to determine whether they are compatible.
“I’m trying a new approach. you can DM request me for the link—not opening this on main for the bots. (i’ll go through them post-tailgate),” she wrote in reference to the photo shown below.
The code was blocked with an emoji to prevent bot accounts from getting to her.

Social media thought this was genius.
“Now I wait,” a user said.
“*opens QR link* why is the only question “do you like the Eagles”?” someone joked.
“We need a dating app that is exclusively for Philadelphia sports fans,” someone else realized.
“I think that would work,” a comment read.
“Hit me with the QR code, that awesome as shit!!! I’m not an Eagles fan but I hate the Giants and Cowboys and Eagles are kinda my NFC team,” someone begged.
Dating apps do suck! I’d buy you a shot.
