Baltimore Police Department Announces Major Update In Their Investigation After Social Media Identified Ravens Fan Who Assaulted Two Commanders Fans

The Baltimore Police Department has announced a significant update on Sunday’s incident outside M&T Bank Stadium, where a Ravens fan was filmed assaulting two Washington Commanders supporters.

Disturbing video footage showed a Ravens fan in a Lamar Jackson jersey,s seemingly unprovoked attacking two Washington Commanders supporters after Baltimore’s 30-23 home win.

The fan approached a pair of Commanders fans and viciously punched the first one in the face. The man in the Ravens jersey threw the other fan into the wall before screaming, “I never lose,” into the camera.

Several folks on social media believe they have identified the culprit as Jack Callis, who works in insurance for Maury, Donnelly & Parr, Inc. in Baltimore. The company later announced on X that Callis was fired.

In an update, the Baltimore Police Department announced that they’re still trying to find the two victims of the incident with the fan. The BPD added that though they have identified the possible suspect, they need to speak with the victims to help with the investigation:

A warning that the video of the incident contains violence and expletive language that may be disturbing to some viewers:

Callis’ Facebook page notes that he attended Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia, and is from Baltimore. It’s not clear if he has a previous criminal history, but charges are sure to be laid after police speak with the victims.

A Dumb Decision By This Ravens Fan, Who Must Learn His Lesson

Sadly, fights among NFL fans before, during, and after games aren’t rare. The difference is that unlike 15-plus years ago, just about every spectator has a cell phone and will capture just about any disturbing incident like this.

So this Baltimore fan now has to live the rest of his live thinking about the unnecessary violence he committed on camera. Thousands of people know his name and face. He lost a good profession and will have to deal with the matter in court, which will cost thousands in legal fees with possible jail time.
