On Monday, the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets met to close out Week 6 of the NFL regular season. During the third quarter, Bills safety Damar Hamlin took a. huge shot from wide receiver Garrett Wilson.
The hit was hard enough to make Hamlin’s helmet fly off before hitting the ground. However, he would quickly get back up.
After the hit, a fake ESPN Twitter troll named Ryan Evans made a post referencing Hamlinm’s injury history and fragility.
“MURDER: #Jets WR Garrett Wilson almost just KILLED #Bills S Damar Hamlin for a 2nd time. Should the NFL DEMAND Damar to play wrapped in bubble wrap?” they wrote.

Should the NFL DEMAND Damar to play wrapped in bubble wrap? 😳

That was enough for Damar’s father, Mario, to fire shots back.
“Should we bury your mom in bubble wrap, Don’t play with my son’ name or his situation,” Mario wrote back in a quote tweet. It would quickly be deleted but captured by many social media users.
