Dak Prescott cannot catch a break in 2024, not even from his own teammates.
In the lead-up to Week 9 of the NFL, Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons and defensive back Trevon Diggs neglected to include their own quarterback in their listing of top 10 quarterbacks on Parsons’s podcast, The Edge with Micah Parsons.
The Dallas Cowboys stars were discussing Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels’s play and how he’s performing like a top-five quarterback in the NFL as a rookie.
That led them both to discuss a top 10 list, one that did not include their star teammate, Dak Prescott.
Parsons and Diggs mentioned Jayden Daniels, Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Jared Goff, Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, Matthew Stafford, and Sam Darnold.

Dak Prescott is coming off a game where he was 25-of-38 for 243 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in the Cowboys’ 30-24 loss to the 49ers on Sunday night.
It was the fourth game in which he had two interceptions.
Dak Prescott Has Had A Rough 2024 Season
The Dallas Cowboys can go as far as Dak Prescott can take them, but so far, he has taken them to have an under .500 record.
The Dallas Cowboys lost to the San Francisco 49ers 30-24 on Sunday Night Football, dropping them to 3-4.
The Cowboys desperately needed that victory, and Dak threw it away.
Last year, Prescott threw for 4,516 yards last season and 36 touchdowns to just nine interceptions.
This year, he’s completed 63.7% of his throws for 1,845 yards and ten touchdowns to eight interceptions through seven games.
Prescott cannot continue to give away the ball and expect to be successful.
