The Brooks family suffered a major tragedy earlier this week.
Ahead of this past Monday’s game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Megan Brooks, alongside her son, Connor, were on their way to GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium to attend the big Monday Night Football game. However, tragedy struck when a drunk driver collided with the mother and son’s vehicle, horribly ending in Connor losing his life. Megan remains in the ICU and will require several surgeries in order to fully recovery from her injuries.

Megan surprised her 18-year-old son with tickets to Chiefs-Bucs game for his birthday.
