BREAKING: Super Bowl LIX Officiating Crew Officially Announced

The officiating crew for the upcoming Super Bowl LIX has been announced.

The big game is scheduled for February 9, with four teams left in the playoffs. It will feature two of either the Philadelphia Eagles, Buffalo Bills, Washington Commanders, or Kansas City Chiefs—the picture will become clear this weekend.

While we have to wait to find out who will be playing who, ESPN’s Adam Schefter has revealed who the officials will be.

A tweet shared by the NFL insider notes that Mike Morton will be the umpire while Max Causey will be the down judge. Mark Stewart, Mearl Robinson, Boris Cheek, and Jonah Monroe are the other four judges set to work the game, and Kevin Brown will be the replay official.

Fans Think The Chiefs Have Already Won Super Bowl LIX

Although the Chiefs still have the Buffalo Bills in their way, fans reckon they will be involved based on the color of the graphic above.

One user also referred to the crew as the “Chiefs roster expansion,” while several others linked them with Kansas City.
