It sounds like we now know the name of Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively’s youngest child.
During the New York City premiere of Reynolds’ new movie, “Deadpool & Wolverine,” on July 22, Reynolds appeared to give the baby’s name away while speaking to the crowd on hand.
“I want to start by saying thank you to my wife, Blake, who is here,” he began, as the crowd cheered.
He then singled out their four children, including mentioning what appears to be the name of the youngest child, Olin.
“I want to thank my kids, James, Inez, Betty, Olin, who are here,” he said. “I hope that, if I’m lucky, this moment will be the most traumatic thing — that is, the contents of this movie — that happens in your wondrous life.
“I love that my entire family is here.”
Lively and Reynolds are parents of daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4, as well as the fourth child, whom they welcomed in 2023.
There had been rumors that Lively’s close friend Taylor Swift may have divulged the name in lyrics from her album “The Tortured Poets Department.” In May, Reynolds played it coy when Savannah Guthrie asked Reynolds on TODAY if the baby’s name did indeed show up on the album.
“We always wait for Taylor to tell us what the child’s name will be,” he responded.
“We’ll say this. We’re still waiting, so, Taylor, let’s maybe start. You know, (she’s a) prolific writer. I mean, what are we doing here? And lazy’s not a word I’d attach to Taylor.”
Swift does have a history of dropping the names of the couple’s kids on her songs. Betty, James and Inez appear on her song “Betty” off of her 2020 album “Folklore.” James’ voice is also apparently featured in the singer’s song “Gorgeous,” from 2017’s “Reputation.”
