Joe Buck mocks troll who thought he was on the call for Chiefs’ AFC Championship win

Joe Buck is likely getting the last laugh on this one.

The ESPN sportscaster had some fun with an online troll Sunday during the Chiefs’ AFC Championship win over the Bills, even as the critic missed the mark where facts are concerned.

“Of course @Buck is the announcer for chiefs game,” the X user @bobslazer began Sunday, “he’ll find any chance he can to dog KC.”

Joe Buck (l.) responded to a troll online during the Chiefs' AFC Championship win on Jan. 26, 2025.
Tony Romo (l.) and Jim Nantz (r.) covered the AFC title game for CBS Sports this year.

Yes, Buck has covered the Chiefs this season, but Sunday’s telecast belonged to CBS Sports and the tandem of Jim Nantz and Tony Romo — something the “Monday Night Football” play-by-play caller cheekily brought to the detractor’s attention.
