It was time to get to work after Saquon Barkley signed a three-year deal worth $37.75 with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Barkley, who was 27 at the time, was doubted about his return to full form due to his injuries.
This week, a foreshadowing moment between Barkley and Jalen Hurts during training camp resurfaced.
Earlier in training camp, Saquon asked Hurts about fear, and it led to an incredible conversation.
“Aye, you think you fearless?” Barkley said to Hurts.
“Fearless?” Hurts replied. “Absolutely. You got some (expletive) you’re gonna worry about, but you had to check yourself. You either gonna pray or you gonna worry. You can’t do both. God got it.
