The NFL is the top football league in the world, and being that it is the top football league in the world makes it really profitable. Of course, numerous movies have been made about it, and one of those movies is called Draft Day.
The 2014 movie follows the Cleveland Browns general manager, played by Kevin Costner, going through his life’s ulterior problems while also dealing with the immense stress of football’s most important day.
Many football fans weren’t overly impressed with the movie, but it still received decent scores on both IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes, hitting 6.8 out of 10 on the former and 66 percent on the ladder.
But now, social media is bringing up one of the eeriest coincidences from the movie, which may explain a storyline in the film. At this point, everyone and their mother know the Sean “Diddy” Combs allegations, and it just so happens that he plays a role in Draft Day.
Diddy’s Appearance In “Draft Day” Is Wild
Diddy plays the agent of Bo Callahan, who in the movie is the first overall projected draft selection. In the movie Callahan host a birthday party, and noone attends, which is quite the poorly aged story line.
“I missed the part where Bo locked in the endorsement deal with Johnson’s Baby Oil,” joked one user.
“To much baby oil for them,” added another.
“The plot twist of all plot twists,” said another.
“holy shit what a plot twist,” cried another.
Evidently, all these fan reactions were some not so subtle jabs at Diddy parties which are notoriously famous for being some of the worst parties in Hollywood, or anywhere for that matter, to attend. A hilariously, horribly aged character and story line!
