A popular Washington state-based artist is about to score a pretty penny, thanks to a viral video of a golf fight involving former NHL tough guy Nick Tarnasky.
The fight, predictably, was lopsided in Tarnasky’s favor. The other man made the mistake of challenging Tarnasky repeatedly, even when the former Tampa Bay Lightning draft pick continuously made easy work of him.

Spokane, Washington, artist Travis Chapman decided to capture the viral golf fight in paint form. In rather short time, Chapman was able to put together a masterpiece that belongs in the Louvre:
And you can have your very own copy of it in your living room, because Chapman is selling the painting of Nick Tarnasky’s golf fight (16” x 20”) for the price of $1,100 online.
Tarnasky is the head coach of the U17 AAA North Stars minor league hockey team in Red Deer. The league is looking into the incident, but multiple outlets report that police are not investigating the matter.
Here is another oil canvas painting of the epic golf brawl someone made and posted to social media.
Nick Tarnasky Told His Story On “Spittin’ Chiclets” Podcast

On Wednesday evening, “Spittin’ Chiclets” co-host Paul Bisonnettee announced on X/Twitter that he interviewed Tarnasky to get his side of the story. The interview will be shown in the next episode of the popular show.
Tarnasky played five seasons in the NHL (2005-06 to 2009-10), appearing in 245 total games over that period. He suited up for the Tampa Bay Lightning, Nashville Predators and Florida Panthers before spending the majority of his post-NHL career in the AHL.
