Sports journalist Skip Bayless and his wife are “really tired” of Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, and even Brittany Mahomes.
Skip and Ernestine shared a video of themselves discussing and dissecting the Kansas City Chiefs when the topic of Travis Kelce, Swift, and even Brittany Mahomes came up.
When asked about seeing music sensation Taylor Swift on NFL broadcasts due to her relationship with Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce, Ernestine unleashed her inner fury.
“This year I was really dreading the reemerging of Taylor Swift with Travis Kelce,” Bayless’ wife said.
“And then we go into the [Patrick] Mahomes thing with the wife [Brittany], and it’s like, this is bigger than football. Now the focus is really on them as opposed to football. Why does this keep going?”
“It’s because she is she. She is it,” Bayless responded, while adding that Taylor Swift’s appearance on the “New Heights” podcast broke the podcast viewership record.
“I think it’s been shrewd on her part to couple with him because it’s a great look for her to be with the tough big football player. It’s a good fit.”
“Now she’s going to be there at every game… It was bad enough that I had to deal with football coming, but now I have to deal with part two, this part. I can take the other stuff; this I can’t take. I’m sorry,” Ernestine added.
Skip hasn’t been a fan of Swift for quite some time, even shading Caitlin Clark for hanging out with her.
Ernestine might want to get ready since the Chiefs begin their regular season on Friday, Sept. 6, against division rival Chargers in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Taylor Swift Might Be At A Record Number of Games

Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs’ play their Week 1 contest in Brazi,l and there have been reports that Swift will travel to São Paulo for her fiancée’s 2025 regular-season debut against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Swift-Kelce relationship became a major subplot during the 2023 NFL season and even more so in the 2024 season.
Now that Taylor Swift is set to take the next step with Kelce, the attention on her in the stands is only going to be bigger.
