Sky Daily has questions about the death of her husband, Hulk Hogan, and she plans to get answers in a court of law.
Hogan was married to Sky when he died at 71 years old on July 24.
TMZ was the first to report that the retired WWE star died after emergency medics were dispatched to his Clearwater, Florida home following a call about a “cardiac arrest.”
Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, married Daily in an intimate ceremony in 2023, which came two months after announcing their engagement.
Hogan had been married twice previously. He and Daily had been dating for over a year before he proposed.
After their nuptials, Hogan took to social media and posted a video compilation of the special day on his Instagram, writing that his “new life starts now” in the caption.
Unfortunately, his marriage to Sky Daily would last for less than two years before Hogan’s unexpected death.
Now, Daily wants answers.
Sky Daily Files Lawsuit

Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, is “planning” to file a lawsuit against at least one of the doctors and others for medical malpractice she says led to his death, TMZ is reporting.
Her suit is centered around the neck operation Hulk underwent back in May.
Hogan underwent neck surgery in May 2025. The surgery, known as a neck fusion, was performed to alleviate pain and discomfort caused by his long history of wrestling.
Hogan had three disks removed from his neck and replaced with a bone graft.
Sky Daily told TMZ she believes his phrenic nerve, which controlled his breathing, was “compromised” during that procedure. She believes those issues played a major role in his untimely demise.
Sky informed authorities on the emergency call, “My husband’s not breathing. He just stopped breathing.”
An occupational therapist who was at Hulk’s house the day he died informed police about the alleged phrenic nerve damage.
In an effort to prove her case, Sky ordered a private autopsy. She has yet to release the findings.
