Father & Son Finally Break Their Silence Over Viral Incident After Phillies “Karen” Bullied Them Into Giving Up Harrison Bader Home Run Ball [VIDEO] | NFL Sports

The family that nearly had its night ruined during Friday night’s ugly incident involving a woman now known as Phillies “Karen” has shared its version of events.

Drew Feltwell attended the game between the Philadelphia Phillies and Miami Marlins with his wife, daughter, and son, Lincoln, for the boy’s upcoming 10th birthday and thought he had gotten him a proper treat after securing a home run ball from Harrison Bader.

However, he was approached by said female, who bullied him into giving her the ball after she made false claims of him taking it from her hand.

Drew Feltwell Says Phillies “Karen” Left Him With Two Choices

Feltwell explained his side in an interview with NBC, saying he was faced with the choice of either doing something he would regret or teaching his son how to de-escalate a tense moment.

“Still in disbelief that she walked down there like that,” he said, “Just trying to set an example of how to de-escalate a situation in front of my son, I guess.”
