Erika Kirk, 36, has spoken out for the first time following the brutal death of her husband, Charlie Kirk, last Wednesday (September 10).
The MAGA activist and close ally to President Trump was shot dead at a university campus in Utah, with his wife and two young children present.
Footage of the brutal attack has circulated on X, formerly Twitter, depicting the moment a loud bang was heard.
Kirk was violently struck in the neck before collapsing in his chair, and blood was seen pouring from the wound.
The mom-of-two watched her husband utter his final words, before his team rushed in an unsuccessful attempt to save his life.

The alleged killer has now been identified by the FBI as 22-year-old Tyler Robinson – a Utah resident.
He allegedly fired from the roof of a student services building, 200 yards away from the event, while Kirk was speaking.
In her statement following his death, Erika said: “Charlie always said that when he was gone, he wanted to be remembered for his courage and for his faith.
“Most of all, Charlie loved his children, and he loved me with all of his heart.
“My husband laid down his life for me, for our nation, for our children.”
She added: “He told me, if he ever did run for office, that his top priority would be to revive the American family.”

The 36-year-old noted that when their three-year-old daughter came to her and asked, ‘Where’s Daddy?’, she was lost for words.
“What do you tell a three-year-old? She’s three,” the mom-of-two stressed.
“I said, ‘Baby, daddy loves you so much.
“Don’t you worry. He’s on a work trip with Jesus, so he can afford your blueberry budget.”
Erika and Charlie met in 2018, and two years later, they got engaged in December 2020.
The couple tied the knot in May 2021, and welcomed two children during their four-year-long marriage.

Erika shared a series of heartbreaking images on her Instagram, including moments beside her husband’s open casket.
During her statement, she added: “You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife; the cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.
“Rest in the arms of our Lord, baby, as he blankets you with the words I know your heart always strived to hear — ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant.’”
The right-wing activists’ funeral will take place in the Arazonia Stadium, which can hold more than 60,000 people.
