A newborn has hilariously been hailed as ‘King Arthur’ after being born pulling his mom’s contraceptive from her womb.
A picture of Baby Matheus Gabriel gripping onto an intrauterine device (IUD) has gone viral, after the infant was birthed at the Hospital Sagrado Coracao de Jesus, in Neropolis, Brazil.
However, doctors conceded that the contraceptive was jokingly placed in the youngster’s hand before being posted online on September 1.
Still, it didn’t stop people lauding Baby Matheus for his battle in the womb, with one user commenting on Facebook: “He pulled the sword from the stone…he is the chosen one! King Arthur!”
Mom, Queidy Araujo de Oliveira, had been using the IUD for two years prior to this incredible mishap.
“When we least expected it, during an IUD follow-up, during the ultrasound to check on the condition, I found out I was pregnant. The reaction was desperate,” she said.
