Earlier this year, President Donald Trump recognized his son Barron Trump at an inauguration event at Capital One Arena.
During the inauguration, the towering Trump approached Biden and shook hands with him before leaning in and saying something to him. Following the inauguration, a video went viral showing Barron’s brief conversation with Biden.
Some, including Joe Rogan, said the then-18-year-old son of the incoming president made an inflammatory comment to his father’s opponents.
Biden was grinning before his encounter with Barron, but following his brief encounter with Barron, his smile turned serious. Expert witness forensic lip reader Jeremy Freeman told LADbible what he believes Biden said, “It’s good to see you, man,” to which Barron responded with a slightly bizarre “Exactly.”
Now we are finding out exactly what Barron Trump said.
Eric Trump told Megyn Kelly in a live conversation last week that Barron Trump didn’t say anything malicious in that interaction.
“It was something so polite I almost wouldn’t even get it right,” Eric Trump recalled of the conversation. “‘Congratulations and best of luck to you,’ or something like that. Something very respectful.”
Eric Trump said he had been asked before if Barron Trump had said some expletive to Biden.
“He just doesn’t have that in him. Like, he’s a nice guy. He’s probably thinking it. He definitely has it up here,” Eric Trump said, pointing to his temple, “but he’s too courteous to actually go out there and say it.”
Barron Trump Had an Unknown Role For The 2026 World Cup
Unlike his father, Barron Trump is rather quiet and reserved.
Trump, the son of Donald Trump and Melania Trump, is currently in the middle of his sophomore year at New York University. Unlike other teens, it has become hard for him to interact with his fellow students because his Secret Service protectors are always trailing his every move.
To get around that, Trump has found friends by being a gamer. He reportedly loves to play FC25, formerly known as FIFA.
Aside from attending school, the youngest son of Donald and Melania played an important role in this year’s FIFA Club World Cup.
His father never announced his role, but he did attend some games.
“These events will attract millions of passionate fans around the world, including my son,” Trump said. “I have a son that loves soccer – Barron. Nobody’s ever heard of Barron, right? Have you ever heard of Barron? He’s a good player, too. He’s a little tall for soccer, but that’s OK.”
The 2026 FIFA World Cup was hosted at 12 stadiums across the U.S., which started on June 14th and ended on July 13th.
