It’s been a while since Brittany Mahomes went viral on social media, but she came back in a huge way. Patrick Mahomes can take a back seat because it’s his wife making headlines this February.
The KC Current co-owner and mother of three was chosen for the cover of the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. It was her and five other NFL WAGS, but she was the one who stood out the most. She wore Chiefs red, gold, and white in a series of jaw-dropping photos.
She joined Normani, Christen Goff, Ronika Love, Haley Cavinder, and Claire Kittle. The magazine described them as the “new era of WAGs,” or wives and girlfriends.
Haley Cavinder Sends Message to Brittany Mahomes
The former personal trainer looked stunning one year after giving birth to her third child, daughter Golden Raye. As far as Patrick is concerned, this was the last child they will have. Her body wasn’t the only thing showing. On Brittany Mahomes’ right forearm appears a new tattoo outlining the profile of each of their faces.
She looked so good that even one of the other girls had to compliment her. After showing off a red two-piece from Ay Que Colour, Haley Cavinder jumped in the comment section to praise her.
Cavinder sent a two-word response to Brittany: “My Girl 😍.”
This is not the first time Brittany Mahomes has shown off her body. She first modeled for the Swimsuit issue in 2024, favoring bold red looks again.
The others who got a cover are Claire Kittle, Haley Cavinder, Ronika Love, Normani, and Christen Goff.
“I’m grouped with (these) amazing women who all are in this specific role of being a significant other to our other half that plays in the league,” Mahomes said on the Sports Illustrated website. “So just being with a group of inspiring, amazing women who share that same role and just getting to see all of our different viewpoints on life.”
The SI article further noted that Mahomes was excited that the term WAG has come to represent successful women who happen to be in relationships with athletes.
