Kylie Kelce got candid about her body. On the Feb. 12 episode of Kylie’s “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, she wanted “to be clear” about her body going forward.
She mapped out what she wants her body to look like. Kylie said, “There is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong because of four kids. That’s all I have to say about that.”
The married couple welcomed Finnley “Finn” Anne Kelce to the world in April 2025. That was the fourth girl that they have had. Kylie and Jason are already the parents of daughters Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett. The seven-time Pro Bowl selection announced his retirement from the NFL in March 2024 after 13 years with the Eagles.
Now, Kylie Kelce is retired from having children and wants to have a breast enhancement.

Kylie Kelce is eventually planning to go under the knife. The 33-year-old opened up about getting a breast augmentation. During the episode, she shared a TikTok of a woman revealing her chest to her friends after getting a boob job.
“Really, my plan is, we’re gonna end up doing this,” Kelce said. Her friends noted that they would have an “honest” reaction to her breasts.
