Even while staying largely out of the public eye, Travis Kelce just gave fans a small — but meaningful — glimpse into his life with Taylor Swift.
On the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end revealed that he and Swift were watching from Manhattan as Team USA captured gold in men’s hockey at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
“Me and Tay watched the entire game,” Kelce shared, describing the matchup as “so epic” and nonstop from the opening puck drop. The early start didn’t dampen the excitement — the game had him on edge even at 8:05 in the morning.
He made it clear: he loved every second of it.
A Birthday Call Mid-Game
The Olympic showdown wasn’t the only highlight of their day.
Kelce revealed that he and Swift paused the action to call his dad, Ed Kelce, to wish him a happy birthday. The three-time Super Bowl champion said they gave him a shoutout and caught up briefly before diving back into the game.
It was a small but telling detail — a glimpse of a normal, low-key moment amid global headlines.

Snowfall & East Coast Vibes
Later in the episode, Kelce hinted that he was still on the East Coast, describing a heavy snowstorm sweeping through New York.
“They weren’t lying about this blizzard,” he said, adding that he loves when fresh snowfall transforms the city into something bright and magical — even if it makes getting around a challenge.
Meanwhile, his brother and co-host Jason Kelce had a much less romantic take on the winter weather in Pennsylvania, calling it a “pain in the ass.”

Staying Under the Radar
Beyond that, Kelce kept details minimal.
The couple has largely avoided public appearances together since January, when they were spotted on a date night in Los Angeles. While Kelce has attended several Super Bowl-related events recently, the pair has otherwise kept things quiet.
That low profile comes as the two prepare for their upcoming wedding in Rhode Island this June. They’ve been together since the summer of 2023, with Kelce proposing in August 2025.
For now, it seems their version of headline-making romance involves Olympic hockey, birthday phone calls, and watching snow fall over Manhattan — a far cry from stadium spotlights and red carpets.
And based on Kelce’s tone, they wouldn’t have it any other way.
