Just because Tom Brady’s days on the football field are over doesn’t mean he’s out of NFL shape.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, Fox’s new NFL analyst posted a pair of shirtless photos to his page, where he shared a workout regimen with his 15.1 million followers.
“Color analysts have to stay in shape too!” Brady, 47, exclaimed in the caption.
“Added some swimming into the workout routine this year… great muscle resistance and some aerobic cardio all at once.”
Monday’s circuit consisted of weighted step-ups, heavy resistance band push-ups and box jumps to be repeated four times.
Brady also tagged the No Bull brand, which merged with his TB12 Nutrition.
The legendary quarterback previously gave fans a glimpse of his at-home workout in August, when he benched pressed 245 pounds.
Brady shared the bench press video days before he made his highly anticipated debut as Fox’s lead NFL analyst.
He signed a 10-year, $375 million contract with the network in May 2022 before retiring from the NFL the following February after 23 prolific seasons and seven Super Bowl wins.
Although Brady’s booth debut on Sept. 8 garnered mixed reviews, he appeared more comfortable doling out commentary and criticism the following week.
Brady, who has called three straight Cowboys games with on-air partner Kevin Burkhardt, seemed fed up with Dallas on Sunday as they attempted to dig themselves out of a 22-point hole against the Ravens.
