Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes really could’ve used Travis Hunter on Saturday night, but an injury would force him out of the game.
Hunter, Colorado’s hybrid superstar who plays both wide receiver and defensive back, has been one of the favorites to win the Heisman Trophy through the first six weeks of the season, but he took a big shot to those odds when he appeared to injure his shoulder in the second quarter of the Buffaloes’ 31-28 loss to Kansas State on Saturday.
Despite how it ended, it started rather great for Travis Hunter, as his girlfriend was at the stadium cheering him on.
Leanna Lenee stole the show at Folsom Field with her risky outfit.
Lenee was on TikTok showing off what she was going to wear to the game.
Her outfit included a black top with the Colorado Buffaloes logo in the center and jeans decked out with photos of Travis Hunter.

Deion Sanders Addresses Losing Travis Hunter To Injury
Injuries plagued Colorado throughout the game on Saturday.
Colorado’s two-way star Travis Hunter was forced to leave Saturday’s game and never returned.
After the game, head coach Deion Sanders was asked if he had an update on Hunter as well as wide receivers Omarion Miller and Jimmy Horn Jr.
“No, not one,” Sanders said. “I saw Omari in a boot, kind of a cast. I thank God we have everything we need on the second floor here in this wonderful building. But I haven’t gotten an update on those particular young men. Hopefully, they can get back at it, but we’re not going to rush them. Their safety and their health is much more important than this game.”
Travis Hunter was injured on a play after he was tackled and was was taken to the locker room with athletic training staff before returning to the sideline.
“He was just there to support his team, and he did a good job at it,” Sanders said.
His day ended with him playing 44 total snaps — 23 on offense and 21 on defense.
