Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team is fighting back.
Attorneys for the incarcerated “Act Bad” rapper slammed the newest victims’ lawyer, Tony Buzbee, over the “barrage of lawsuits” he filed against the rapper, 54, Monday.
“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity,” the lawyers told Page Six in a statement.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
On Monday, Combs was hit with six new lawsuits from men and women accusing him of raping, drugging, sodomizing and threatening to kill them.
Buzbee — a Texas-based attorney whois representing more than 120 alleged victims of the disgraced hip-hop mogul — filed the suits in the Southern District of New York.
In one suit, an unidentified woman claimed Combs raped her in 2004 when he invited her to a photo shoot at his Marriott hotel room in Manhattan. She was 19 at the time.
At the “more exclusive party,” the college student was allegedly taken to a “separate room off from the main party.”
The door was locked and she alleged the “I’ll be Missing You” emcee assaulted her and her friend. She also claimed Combs “threatened to have them both killed” if they did not comply.
Another lawsuit was filed Monday by a man who accused the three-time Grammy winner of aggravated sexual assault in a Macy’s department store stockroom in 2008.
