Fans who got to Ford Field early on Saturday got treated to some enviable entertainment. The newest sensation in hip-hop, LiAngelo Ball, was on show, performing his hit single “Tweaker” ahead of the upcoming Commanders-Lions game.
Ball wasn’t as successful as his brothers Lonzo and LaMelo in the NBA but has found a surprising niche as he has released a song touted as the best of the year so far.
“Tweaker” has earned plaudits across the industry and has been the most listened-to song among fans, even shading Drake’s most recent mixtape.
The Lions had it blaring in their locker room after they clinched the top seed in the NFC, and they’ve since brought him Ball to perform.

LiAngelo Ball Secures Major Record Deal
Liangelo Ball’s track has been banging in the streets but hasn’t been restricted to, as the release has seen him secure a record deal with Def Jam.
Earlier this week, NBA insider Shams Charania revealed that the former NBA hopeful signed a $13 million deal with the label, locking up $8 million in guaranteed money.
While LaVar Ball was not exactly spot on with the predictions for his sons, he was still right about them building an empire.
