Over the weekend the Kansas City Chiefs took down the Houston Texans by a final score of 23-14 to punch their ticket to the AFC title game.
During the contest star tight end Travis Kelce put together another strong playoff performance by collecting seven receptions for 117 yards and a touchdown. Right there to cheer him on was billionaire girlfriend Taylor Swift, who was spotted in a suite with Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark.
Swift and Clark weren’t the only two in the suite, though. Kelce’s friend and former NFL player Beau Allen was also in the suite – but not before he received a word of warning from Kelce.
During an appearance on “Green Light” with host and former NFL player Chris Long, Allan revealed what Kelce told him before the game.
“Yeah, you called me and were like, ‘Hey I’m gonna go to the Kansas City game, Kelce wants me to go out there and you know I’ll be sitting,’ and I was like, ‘Wait a second, so you’re gonna be,’ and he was like, ‘yep, Kelce already gave me a whole speech, don’t misbehave and don’t bother Taylor Swift, don’t [expletive] this up,'” Long said about his conversation with Allen.
Beau revealed the conversation with Kelce was like one a child has with an angry parent. “Kelce called me up and his tone was like, you know, like when your dad calls you and you get in trouble for something and he doesn’t know how to get into it. He calls me up and he’s like, ‘So, you’re coming to this game, don’t make me regret this.'”
Allen said he went on to meet Swift who he said was “cool” and paid him a compliment about his commitment to making a joke.
Swift will likely be back in a suite for the AFC title game against the Buffalo Bills next Sunday night.
