Did new helmets leak out for the Kansas City Chiefs?
That is what social media is trying to debate this week.
One post on X, formerly Twitter, read: “LEAKED: The potential new Chiefs helmet for the 2025 NFL season. We have never seen anything like this before.”
The picture showed a grainy photo of a Kansas City Chiefs’ helmet that seemed to be void of any of its natural colors.
Here is how social media reacted:
“terrible look here,” one fan said.
“I can’t tell if this is trolling or real life?” another fan asked.
“It would be nice if KC had a black and gold or black and red alternative jersey. We need to inject some new fire into the uniforms,” a third fan commented.
“Fake. Also don’t want it. Vomit green!! Hate it. Chiefs are proudly the ONLY team in the NFL to have the original helmet from when they started!!!!” another X user boldly said.
“I like the idea of chiefs finally switching up to some alternates, but there’s no chance this is real. Hunt family is too traditional,” one fan said of the Kansas City Chiefs front office.
One final fan seemed to sum up the confusion: “Looks like a salute to service ribbon on the backside there, would imagine this is either a souvenir helmet or something the league came up with to be worn for 2025 Veteran’s Day week.”
Just as the comment above stated, those are indeed “Salute To Service‘ helmets that have been available to sell since 2022.
The Kansas City Chiefs Getting Set For Huge Matchup Against the Buffalo Bills
The Bills don’t have problems beating the Chiefs in the regular season but have never beaten Kansas City in the postseason.
Patrick Mahomes vs. Josh Allen are getting set for round four.
The rivalry between the Chiefs and Bills has escalated since both quarterbacks were drafted.
The Chiefs are trying to return to the Super Bowl, while Allen and the Bills are trying to get this massive monkey off their backs.
