An NFL insider has revealed how big of a role Tom Brady plays within the Las Vegas Raiders organization.

While he’s a minority owner, Brady was said to be instrumental in the team’s search for a new head coach and general manager. The team has hired John Spytek, a former Tampa Buccaneers executive with ties to the seven-time Super Bowl winner, as its GM, while Pete Carroll has been appointed as its new head coach.

According to The Athletic’s Dianna Russini, Brady isn’t just an influential cog in the Vegas ownership group; he’s running everything. The former ESPN reporter was on ‘The Ryen Russillo Podcast’ this weekend and made claims of Brady being the main man within the organization, as she revealed his TB12 programs are being put in place for players.

Tom Brady Has A Busy Offseason Ahead

The Raiders have addressed two crucial vacancies heading into the end of the league year, but they still have a lot to do during the offseason. The NFL Draft and free agency will offer significant opportunities to improve the team soon enough, and it appears Brady will be in the thick of things.

If Russini is correct, the former quarterback with have a lot on his hands and plenty of tough decisions to make.
