Taylor Swift teases friends Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively in cheeky Instagram post

Taylor Swift is in the midst of traveling around the world for her “Eras Tour,” but she still finds time to celebrate close friend Ryan Reynolds’ new movie.

Ahead of the release of Reynolds’ film “Deadpool & Wolverine,” co-starring Hugh Jackman, the pop star penned a cheeky message encouraging her fans to buy tickets to a showing.

On July 25, Swift uploaded a photo of her posing beside Reynolds, Jackman, best friend Blake Lively and “Deadpool & Wolverine” director Shawn Levy to her Instagram story.

In the caption, she wrote, “Over the past few years I have watched one of my best friends on this planet pour every bit of his heart, soul, sweat, time, energy, jokes, pain, joy, rebellion, darkness, and magic into this film. He’s created the best work of his life, and this film feels like an actual joy portal, a wild escape from reality, and an abs sandwich. I don’t know how he did it.”

While fans might’ve assumed that the kind words were for Reynolds, Swift then joked, “But that’s just Hugh for you!”

She poked fun at Lively and Levy, too.

“These other randoms crashed the photo and we were too polite to ask them to leave,” she added before including an upside-down face emoji.

At the end of her post, she reminded fans that “Deadpool & Wolverine” hits theaters on July 26 before writing one more quip.

“Shout out to Wade Wilson, aka my godkids’ sperm donor!” she joked, referring to Reynolds’ comic book character’s real name and Reynolds’ four children with Lively. (TODAY.com has reached out to reps for Swift, Reynolds and Lively regarding the “godkids” comment.)

Reynolds shared the funny message on his Instagram story and said, “Omg, this may have just killed @thehughjackman.” In his next post, he added, “I’m also (dead),” with a skull emoji.

Swift’s post about the latest Marvel flick comes after some Swifties wondered if the “Fortnight” singer would make a cameo in the movie. Recent trailers for “Deadpool & Wolverine” show quick glimpses of a blond Lady Deadpool, leading some to speculate that Swift is behind the mask.

Others have theorized that Lively is teaming up again with her husband for another action film after they previously shared the screen together in 2011 for “Green Lantern.”

Reynolds addressed rumors about Swift appearing in “Deadpool & Wolverine” during an interview on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” July 22.

“There’s rumors all about all these insane cameos that may or may not be in the movie,” host Jimmy Fallon said to the actor. “I know you have a good poker face, but I’ve seen a few names floating around.”

Reynolds replied, “I would say this — we don’t really have cameos, as much as surprises.”

Fallon playfully mumbled “Taylor Swift” in a silly voice a couple times to see Reynolds’ reaction.

“I wish,” the action star simply responded. “Taylor, if I ever stopped, she’d make a good Deadpool. She’s funny!”

Fans will soon find out if Swift’s post was just an example of being a supportive friend or an Easter egg about her role in the movie
