Multiple sources told the outlet that paramedics responded to a call about a cardiac arrest at the wrestling legend’s house Clearwater, Florida.
The report states he was taken into the ambulance on a stretcher.

On June 18, Us Weekly reported that Hogan underwent heart surgery “a few weeks ago,” which was said to be successful, despite reports that he was on his deathbed.
“Hulk had pretty serious heart surgery a few weeks ago and was doing well afterward. It wasn’t a near-death thing,” a source told the publication at the time.
Hulk was last photographed on July 2, promoting his new NYC bar Hulk Hogan’s Slam Sports Bar, which had yet to open.

Following the news of Hogan’s death, many have taken to social media to mourn the legendary wrestler.
WWE, where Hulk wrestled for many years, wrote, “WWE is saddened to learn WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away. One of pop culture’s most recognizable figures, Hogan helped WWE achieve global recognition in the 1980s. WWE extends its condolences to Hogan’s family, friends, and fans.”
