WWE Legend Mick Foley’s Daughter Noelle Reveals Horrifying Roller-Coaster Injuries She Sustained That Changed Her Life | NFL Sports

Noelle Foley, the daughter of wrestling legend Mick Foley, recently revealed how a trip to Dollywood set her on a terrifying, years-long medical journey.

The 31-year-old explained how she was left with a long-term problem after riding a rollercoaster at the Dollywood theme park.

Speaking on the ‘Rulebreakers’ podcast, hosted by wrestling star Saraya, Noelle said it all started with a bad experience on a rollercoaster at the Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, theme park.

Noelle Foley, whose dad shared fond memories of the recently deceased Hulk Hogan, explained how her neck was injured after the ride ‘went up, down, and immediately went back up.’

“Normally rollercoasters, they go up and they go down and then they fizzle out,” Noelle explained.

“This one went up, down, and then immediately went back up. It’s like your body is forcing forward and then immediately backwards. My head hit really hard, and something happened with my neck.”

Foley said something felt “stretched out” on the sides of her neck, which was unlike anything she had ever felt in her entire life.

“I’ve never gotten a concussion before, at least I don’t think I have,” Noelle said.

“I was just like, ‘I feel so tired. I want to go to sleep.’ So I just got a bunch of ice cubes and put them all over my head, the back of my neck, and down my body, just to wake myself up.”

She added, “It took me about two months to realize that I had a concussion. I was just like, ‘This headache is not going away, and I’m so sensitive to lights and sound. I feel all weird.’”

After that roller coaster ride, Noelle explained that she’s had a headache for the last five and a half years.

After seeing “around 50” different doctors and physical therapists, Noelle Foley was diagnosed with a rare neck condition called Craniocervical instability.

Noelle tried to follow in the footsteps of her hardcore legend dad and trained to be a wrestler.

But she suffered a brutal concussion during her training, which left her with lingering health issues.

Noelle Foley had quite an impactful year in 2025.

Foley, the daughter of WWE legend Mick Foley, revealed earlier this year she had her breast implants removed after ‘going through the wringer’ over the last five years due to her well-publicised health issues.

The 31-year-old posted a video of herself on Instagram in a skimpy bikini walking along a beach before she tossed away the “toxic silicone bags” and told fans: “I got them removed entirely for my health.”

In a brief clip on Instagram, Noelle smiles at the camera as she reveals her smaller chest, throws her implants in the air, and says in the caption: “SURPRISE!!! I got my breast implants removed!!!”

She further told fans she had been struggling with head and neck injuries for the past five years and was now prioritising her overall well-being.

Noelle Foley further added that she actually had that removed more than 18 months ago, but “just never got around to posting about it.” She added, “But now, ya know. PPS, if anyone has anything mean or rude to say, you go bye-bye.”
