An Indianapolis Colts fan couldn’t pass on the opportunity to chirp Tyreek Hill in person following Sunday’s stunning Week 1 blowout win.
Nothing went right for Tyreek Hill and the Dolphins, who were humiliated 33-8 by Daniel Jones’ Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium. The 31-year-old Hill had an uncharacteristically quiet day with just four receptions for 40 yards.
Following Miami’s ugly loss, Hill encountered some friendly trash talk from a Colts fan who confronted him in the elevator.
“How does 0-1 sound?” the Colts fan asked.
During the offseason, Tyreek Hill hinted at wanting out with cryptic messages and social media posts. Per ESPN’s Marcel Louis-Jacques, Tua Tagovailoa said speculation about their relationship was blown out of proportion, and that the two are “in a good spot.”
Of course, that might not be the case if the Dolphins endure another frustrating season. 2024 marked the first time in Hill’s NFL career that his team missed the playoffs, and we saw how unhappy he was at the time.
The Dolphins host the New England Patriots next Sunday at 1:00 p.m. EST.
