Kristin Cabot, otherwise known as one half of the “Coldplay Cheaters,” has filed for divorce from her husband after getting caught snuggling up to former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron earlier this year.
According to NBC News, Cabot, who also worked for Astronomer at the time, filed a petition for divorce from her billionaire husband in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on August 13, and the process is still ongoing.
The outlet notes that the next hearing in the case will take place on November 26.
“Lawyers for the pair, as well as the parties themselves, have not responded to requests for comment,” NBC relayed.
Byron was forced to retire after his affair was exposed and is now understood to be suing Coldplay.
The cheating couple found themselves in quite an unwanted spot after attending one of the band’s concerts in mid-July, which resulted in them appearing on the kiss cam. Despite a warning from frontman Chris Martin, they remained locked in an embrace until it was too late.
Videos of the incident went viral, resulting in thousands of memes and even the creation of a browser video game.

Astronomer got in front of the controversy by announcing an investigation. Shortly after, Byron’s resignation was announced. A representative for the firm would later confirm that Cabot had resigned as well.
Both of their personal lives have been impacted, with Byron’s wife suggesting she would file for divorce. Cabot is now seeking a split from her husband despite being the one who put him through the embarrassment of having his partner’s affair exposed to the world.
A divorce filing from Andrew Cabot would have been understandable, given the circumstances. That he’s the one being left after having to watch what everyone else saw must feel like a double blow, but he’s probably still going to feel like he’s better off whichever way the split happens.
