The 31-year-old father-of-two was fatally shot while speaking at an event for his Conservative student organization at Utah Valley University, in Orem, on September 10.
Taking to Twitter, Andrew Kolvet claimed his former boss spared the lives of those standing behind him after he took a bullet to the neck.
“I want to address some of the discussion about the lack of an exit wound with Charlie. I’m usually not interested in delving into most of this kind of online chatter, and I apologize this is somewhat graphic, but in this case, the fact that there wasn’t an exit wound is probably another miracle, and I want people to know,” he posted.
“I just spoke with the surgeon who worked on Charlie in the hospital.”

Andrew Kolvet claimed that there was no exit wound in Charlie Kirk’s neck after he was shot in the neck by a sniper rifle (The Charlie Kirk Show)
Kolvet claimed that the doctor said: “[the bullet] absolutely should have gone through, which is very very normal for a high powered, high velocity round. I’ve seen wounds from this caliber many times and they always just go through everything. This would have taken a moose or two down, an elk, etc.”
The executive producer of The Charlie Kirk Show explained that he mentioned to the doctor that there were dozens of people standing behind the tent, to which the surgeon is alleged to have replied: “It was an absolute miracle that someone else didn’t get killed.
“His bone was so healthy and the density was so so impressive that he’s like the man of steel. It should have just gone through and through. It likely would have killed those standing behind him too.”
Kolvet added: “But it [the bullet] didn’t go through. Charlie’s body stopped it.”

Before concluding: “In the end, the coroner did find the bullet just beneath the skin. Even in death, Charlie managed to save the lives of those around him. Remarkable. Miraculous.”
However, user on the social media platform remain skeptical of Kolvet’s comments due to how unlikely it sounds that Kirk’s neck bone would prevent the bullet from passing through… although, I would point out that tales like these are exactly how miracles work!
Anyway, commenting on the post, one user typed: “So the wound we saw was an entry wound? Where did the bullet end up in his body? Which one of these super healthy bones were strong enough to stop a [a bullet from a] 30-06 [Springfield cartridge sniper rifle]?”
While another typed: “None of this happened. You just made it up.”
A third chimed in: “‘His bone was so healthy and the density was so so impressive that he’s like the man of steel. It should have just gone through and through. It likely would have killed those standing behind him too.’ This quote is absolutely ridiculous.”
“You do realize this is highly improbable,” another user added.
“Any expert analysis of the video will show that the bullet ricocheted off of a most likely steel/titanium stealth vest that Charlie was wearing. The trajectory of the ricochet went into his neck and most likely into the cranial cavity.
“Andrew, can you confirm that Charlie was wearing a vest?”
