Haliey Welch, A.K.A the “Hawk Tuah” Girl, hit an incredible social media milestone on Sunday.
Haliey’s few seconds of fame have lasted much longer than everyone thought it would, and she’s capitalizing on it.
She’s said so herself.
“Never thought a joke would take me here…I’m grateful for this blessing and I won’t waste it,” she posted as the caption of a recent Instagram video.
Speaking of IG, Hailey is big-time on there. She reached 1 million followers on the platform this past weekend, although her account hasn’t been around for more than a week.
Haliey has also been raking in the dough since her viral moment, having quickly set up a “Hawk Tuah” merch line that is bringing in mega sales. She has also gotten representation and is reportedly set to pocket over $30,000 for three public appearances this week.

With everyone wanting a piece of her, Haliey has turned down an offer from Playboy Magazine and has no plans to get on OF.
“Stop asking me for the link in bio for my OF,” she said in a recent Q&A clip. “I don’t have an OF, and there will never be an OF. I just make funny jokes, that’s all I do.”
“They reached out to my friend Chelsea wanting to include us in some of their stuff, and we turned it down, so that’s true,” she said of Playboy’s proposal.
