VIDEO: Texans CB Kris Boyd Threw His Helmet & Viciously Shoved His Coach After Opening Kickoff Of Playoff Game vs. Chiefs

Things did not start off well for the Houston Texans in their Divisional matchup against the Chiefs.

On the opening kickoff, the Chiefs’ long return to start Saturday’s playoff game prompted Texans cornerback Kris Boyd to remove his helmet and throw it.

He would receive a penalty for his efforts.

To make matters worse, Boyd would then make his way over to the Houston Texans sidelines and inexplicably push his special teams coach.

Cameras captured Boyd applying a two-handed shove to special-teams coordinator Frank Ross near the sideline. Ross appeared to be in shock as he tried to calm him down.

He was quite lucky as the team decided to keep him in the game.

Boyd remained in the game to cover the kickoff after a feisty exchange with special teams coordinator Frank Ross.

Houston Texans Can’t Make Mistakes If They Want To Take Down The Chiefs

The Chiefs are an 8-point favorite over the Texans.

The winner of Saturday’s showdown will advance to the NFL Conference Championship Round.

The Houston Texans can ill-afford to make mistakes if they want to take down the reigning champs.
