Barron Trump shows off bold new look as he attends father’s second inauguration

Barron Trump showed-off a slicked back new hairstyle as he attended his father’s historic second inauguration on Monday.

Barron, 18, looked smart in a long black overcoat, white shirt and purple tie as he attended a church ceremony in St John’s Episcopal Church opposite the White House on Monday morning.

The NYU-Stern student, who towers over his dad and mother Melania at 6’9, kept his expression neutral as he walked into church and sat in a pew alongside his parents.

Barron’s hairstyle was similar to the the one usually sported by his older half-brother Donald Trump Jr, 47.

His look was a marked contrast to his appearance at his father’s first inauguration in January 2017, when he was just ten years old.

Back then, Barron had blonde hair and wore it without gel.

The first son was seen smiling and joking with his father at the White House after President Trump was sworn in as 45th president.

Barron is Trump’s youngest son. Trump is also father to Tiffany Trump, 31, who he had while married to second wife Marla Maples, 61.

President-elect Trump’s eldest three children are Don Jr, Ivanka, 43, and Eric, 41.

Their mother is Trump’s first wife Ivana Trump, who he was married to between 1977 and 1990.

Ivana died in July 2022 aged 73 after falling down the stairs of her townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Barron has fascinated Americans on the left and right in recent years.

His mother Melania was famously-protective of his privacy and Barron is yet to make any kind of public speech or statement.

Last year, an old clip of him saying ‘I like my suitcase’ in an accent similar to that of his Slovenian mother swept the internet after it was unearthed by DailyMail.com.

The first son’s enigmatic presence has only served to fuel interest in him, with Barron said to have played a crucial role in helping his father connect with Gen-Z voters.

During last year’s election, he reportedly played a crucial role advising Trump on how to connect with younger Gen-Z voters.

Barron is studying at New York University’s Stern School of Business, with a source telling People that the teenager is ‘a ladies man for sure’ and ‘really popular’ with female students.

His closeness to his parents is evident.

Back in 2017, he was photographed waving confidently to the crowds with the rest of the First Family as they headed into the ceremony.

Once inside, Barron watched over his father’s shoulder as he formally signed his cabinet nominations into law.

He appeared at ease amongst the pageantry, sitting down to enjoy the Inaugural Luncheon in Statuary Hall and rubbing shoulders with some of the most influential people in the world.

Barron attended the ceremony along with his half-siblings, Tiffany Trump, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr.

Half-sister Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner were also in attendance.

Ivanka previously held an advisory role in her dad’s administration, but is understood to be taking more of a backseat role this time around.

Trump will be sworn in again as 47th US president today ahead of his four-year term.

He has pledged to deport millions of immigrants, secure retribution against his political enemies and transform the role of the US on the world stage.

His inauguration completes a triumphant comeback for a political disruptor who survived two impeachment trials, a felony conviction, two assassination attempts and an indictment for attempting to overturn his 2020 election loss.

The ceremony will take place at noon EST inside the Rotunda of the US Capitol.

The swearing-in was moved indoors for the first time in 40 years due to the extreme cold.

It comes four years after a mob of Trump supporters breached the symbol of American democracy in an unsuccessful effort to forestall the Republican Trump’s 2020 defeat to Democrat Joe Biden.
